1.Download ESET Remote Administrator Migration Tool (ERA Migration Tool) theo đường dẫn bên dưới.

2.Giải nén Win32 và chạy Migration Tool.

3.Chọn Export -> Next.

4.Chọn data cần xuất -> Next.

5.Tạo 1 thư mục mới với tên ERA 5 database. Trong mục cửa sổ ERA Migration Tool -> Browse -> ERA 5 database -> File name -> Save -> Next.

6. Chọn Finish.

7.Ghi chú lại các thông tin quang trọng trước khi gỡ bỏ cài đặt phiên bản cũ.

8.Gỡ bỏ cài đặt trên ESET EndPoint.

9.Gỡ bỏ ESET Remote Administrator Console. Start -> All Programs -> ESET -> ESET Remote Administrator Console -> Uninstall.

10.Gỡ bỏ ESET Remote Administrator Server. Start -> All Programs -> ESET -> ESET Remote Administrator Server -> Uninstall.

11.Cài đặt ESET Remote Administrator 6.

12.Chạy ERA Migration Tool -> Import -> Next.

13.Chọn I accept the terms in the license agreement -> Next.

14.Nhập địa chỉ IP và port của máy chủ.

15.Nhập Administrator username và Password ->Next.

16.Trong Browse -> chọn thực mục đã backup từ bước 6.

17.Check Event Logs -> Next.

18.Next.

19.Vào Savepasswords để xuất các mật khẩu mới.

20.Trong ERA Migration tool -> Save script -> Finish.

21.Thêm client trong ERA.

22.Đẩy ERA Agent tới máy tính client.

23.Cài đặt ESET EndPoint.
